Message Feeds from JAM bases of the BBS

I updated the RSS files/feeds and also made a similar thing for the Gopher
side of the site. From the Main Menu, you can go to the "Echonets Last
Messages" selection and browse some echonets. From there you can read the last
(about) 50 msgs. of each area.

If there is interest, i could increase the message number and/or the networks
exported. But for now... they are enough :)
