New scripts for Message and File areas [MBSS]

So, i was busy lately building new scripts for the File and Messages areas of
Mystic BBS. The file area is finished and all ready published the script. You
can get it here or any FSX BBS.

The Message area, is almost complete, have to do some debugging and add some
last features, but expect it to be published soon. 

You can take a look of both scripts here in the BBS, before deciding to
download it. Hope you like it and i would appreciate any feedback.
